AmericaAlerts provides alerts for weather, earthquakes, and tsunamis from nationwide and worldwide data sources including NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), the USGS (United States Geological Survey), the PTWC (Pacific Tsunami Warning Center), and NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration).
Whether you’re monitoring a storm and want real-time warnings, checking the size of a recent earthquake, wondering if there has been a tsunami warning issued, tracking a hurricane, or you would like to receive talking weather alerts, this app is for you!
Weather
- Receive talking notifications with distance and bearing
- Current temperature, humidity, wind speed/direction, and weather conditions
- Daily temperature forecast
- Doppler radar (updated every 10 minutes)
- Real-Time NOAA weather warnings
- All standard NOAA weather warnings, watches, advisories, and miscellaneous alerts
- Clouds (updated every 3 hours)
- 30 minute precipitation accumulation

There is no login required, no ads, and no collection of personal data. The app relies on information taken from third-party feeds, and Liveware Media is not responsible for the accuracy or lack of data being presented or sent.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

I know we are under a tornado watch right now but the ap is not registering it ;( keeps freezing on me
App was awesome for a while. Now keeps crashing and wont open.
Once app is open to the weather alerts and the map is selected, after several seconds the app shuts down. Needs to be fixed. Other than this a good app.
It looks like any bugs have been killed. The map quality is breathtaking, and the interface is intuitive. A VERY good purchase.
Shuts down !!! Sent email complaint and synopsis. No copy sent . No reply offered. Maybe youll see my review and send a REFUND!
